Return Policy


Our goal is to give you something you love so if you are not happy with your purchase, we want to make it right.

Regular In-Stock Items

For regular in-stock items, our online store gladly accepts returns for refund within 14 days of the delivery date and returns for store credit of within 30 days of the delivery date.

Final Sale Items

  • Custom items
  • Personalized or engraved items
  • Items marked "Final Sale"
  • Items marked "Made To Order"

Store Credit 

  • Certain items may qualify for store credit only. These items will be explicitly marked store credit only.

While certain items may be final sale or eligible for store credit only, our goal is to always give you something you love. If you have any questions, concerns, or are unsatisfied in any way with your product, feel free to email us at customercare@kimiyajewelers.com and we will do our best to work with you.

How To Make A Return

If you would like to return an item, please email customercare@kimiyajewelers.com for additional information and return authorization. Returns will not be accepted without prior return authorization.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the individual. We do not currently accept returns from outside the United States. Kimiya Jewelers is not responsible for any theft, loss or damage during transport. We recommend returning items through traceable mail and insured for their full value, as any returned items that are not received by Kimiya Jewelers will not be issued a refund or store credit.

Please allow up to 10 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by Kimiya Jewelers. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, minus the cost of shipping. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the refund request form.

Store Credit

Once a return has been delivered to us and accepted, online store credit will be issued via e-mail in the form of a personalized discount code. This discount code should be kept confidential and can only be used once.

Exchanges

If you require a replacement size, color, or alternative item, you are required to place a new order.
